Terms of Service — VirasatVault^™

By creating a VirasatVault account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Liyaqath Baig, operating as VirasatVault^™, Hyderabad, India.

VirasatVault^™ is a Family Wealth Continuity Platform that helps individuals and families organise, protect, and preserve financial information. VirasatVault^™ is not and does not claim to be a registered investment adviser, stockbroker, insurance company, legal adviser, tax consultant, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All decisions regarding your assets remain solely yours.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this platform. By using VirasatVault^™, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and multi-factor authentication details. You must notify us immediately at hello@virasatvault.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and billed in advance. All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You retain full ownership of all personal data, documents, and information you upload to your Vault. By using the service, you grant VirasatVault^™ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, encrypt, and process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We make no claim of ownership over your data. On account deletion, your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use VirasatVault^™ to:

• Store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory content
• Misrepresent your identity, nominee relationships, or asset ownership
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its security systems
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Indian law

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated to registered users in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, VirasatVault's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VIRASAT VAULT^™ and EMERGENCY TRIGGER ENGINE^™ are trademarks filed with the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India under Classes 36, 42, and 45 by Liyaqath Baig. All platform content, design, software, branding, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Liyaqath Baig. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@virasatvault.com. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to other users or the platform, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify all registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
